This photo arouses curiosity about this place, age, history, location ..... It makes me wonder if it was ever a battleground. It looks like a perfect setting for a battle between local resistance and an invading army(i.e. Nazis or Russians). I apologize if I seem to put your image in a negative light by connecting it with the violence of war , however , to me one of the fun or interesting qualities of an image is to let the imagination run wild with all sorts of wonder.
